Brief Introduction:
The main machines of this broad bean frying processing line consist of deep fryer, de-oiling machine and Seasoning Machine . The process step is as below:
Cutting: Send broad bean into every cutting machine hopper to cut the skin.
Drying: Dry surface of peanut in low temperature for 30-40 minutes before frying .moisture will get 13%.
Frying : Frying peanut for 15-20 minutes in 150-160 degree.
Soaking in oil: Put fried broad bean in cool oil to make the final broad bean more crisp
De-oiling: Remove extra oil from broad bean
Flavoring : Mix salt and pepper with broad bean
Cooling : cooling peanut till 30-40degree before packing.
